Jamie Starrett (Causey)

Jamie (Causey) Starrett is an experienced operations manager currently serving at Hatch38, LLC since June 2024, while also holding the role of Operations Manager at Elements since November 2019. Within Elements, Jamie has also worked as a Manager of Creative Operations and as a Senior Experiential Designer, contributing to the creation of inspirational spaces through a holistic design approach. Prior experience includes serving as a Manager of Creative Operations and Senior Experiential Designer at 3D Identity, and roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Design Intern at Kansas State University. Jamie's earlier experience also includes an R&D internship at Össur focused on prosthetic product development, as well as a summer internship at OfficeScapes. Jamie holds a Master’s Degree in Interior Architecture and Product Design from Kansas State University, earned in 2018.
