Chris Chamberlain, PMP, has extensive work experience in project management and technical roles. Chris started their career in 1996 as an EDI Support Supervisor at Prophet 21, where they managed a support call center and assisted in troubleshooting customer problems. Chris then joined BDP International as an EDI Analyst, leading the implementation of a PaperFree translator and programming mapping templates. At Prophet 21, they served as a Supervisor for TPCx/EDI Implementations and Support, managing a team and overseeing customer conversions to the company's trading network.

In 2003, Chris joined Floor Coatings Etc., Inc. as a Sales & Project Manager, where they successfully managed floor installations and implemented new accounting software. Chris then moved to Elemica in 2006, starting as a Global Client Services Technical Engineer, providing first-line support and working with strategic clients on small project requests. Chris later became a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager, handling large client accounts and multiple medium to large scale projects.

Throughout their tenure at Elemica, Chris was responsible for project management activities, customer requirement gathering, and end-to-end partner testing. Chris also worked on data transformations between clients and trading partners using XSLT mappings. In their most recent position as the Project Management Team Lead, they served as the point of escalation for project and operational issues.

Chris Chamberlain, PMP, holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from the University of Rochester. Chris graduated from the university in 1996. In May 1996, they earned a Management Certificate in Accounting/Finance from the University of Rochester. Later, in April 2010, Chris obtained a Project Management Certificate from Penn State Great Valley. Most recently, in September 2020, they achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute.
