Daisy Amaral

Daisy Amaral has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Daisy started their career as a Law Intern at Tribunal Regional Federal da Primeira Região, where they assisted attorneys and judges with retirement law cases and credit recovery. Daisy then worked as a Lawyer at Escritorio Daibert de Advocacia before transitioning to a role as a Trainee at nLeague, where they focused on HIPAA compliance and defect tracking. Daisy later worked as a Quality Assurance professional at Newton-Wellesley Hospital and Foster Healthcare. Daisy also served as a Service Desk Representative and Help Desk Specialist at ProV International, where they provided technical support and analyzed EDI transactions. Daisy then worked as a Health Advisor at Cambridge Health Alliance before joining Arzt Healthcare Solutions as an Associate Consultant. Most recently, they served as a Customer Success Leader at Elemica.

Daisy Amaral obtained their Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade Candido Mendes from 2003 to 2009. Daisy then pursued a Master's degree in Healthcare Informatics from Cambridge College between 2012 and 2014. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including HIPAA Workshop from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota in August 2013, Nutrition Specialist Training from Cambridge Health Alliance in July 2013, CPR AED from Cataldo Ambulance Service Inc. in March 2013, and First Aid from American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in January 2013.
