Jessica Florczyk

Jessica Florczyk has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jessica currently works as a Business Analyst at Elemica since August 2022. Before that, they worked at OpenText as a Production Support Specialist from October 2021 to July 2022. In this role, they monitored daily EDI activity, responded to customer support inquiries, and provided troubleshooting on technical issues.

Prior to their role at OpenText, Jessica worked at Staples Business Advantage for over a decade. Their positions at Staples included Senior Data Analyst from November 2016 to October 2021 and Data Analyst from August 2010 to November 2016. In these roles, they supported project scopes, implemented customer enhancements, created and maintained EDI orders, and produced daily electronic data invoice reports.

In the early stages of their career, Jessica gained experience as an Intern- New Business Development at Knox Sports in 2009, Event Staff Intern at the National Club Baseball Association in 2008, and Intern at PGA TOUR in 2007. Jessica also worked as a Community Relations Intern at Tampa Bay Lightning from October 2006 to May 2007, where they provided excellent customer service, assisted in coordinating community relations programs, and sold Lightning merchandise.

Jessica Florczyk attended the University of Tampa from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management.
