Jaswant Singh Rana

Jaswant Singh Rana is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Software Developer at ELEMT since March 2023, Jaswant focuses on Dot Net Core full-stack development. Previously held senior software developer roles at AVAAL Technology Solutions and contributed significantly as Head of Software Services at Sequentec Solutions, overseeing various e-governance projects for several Indian states. Jaswant's earlier experience includes a tenure as Technical Director at Humanitics Dimensions Software Pvt. Ltd., where impactful software applications were delivered using a Business Process Management framework, and as Software Architect, significantly enhancing application development efficiency.
