Shanon Hoffman has an extensive work experience, beginning in 1996 with Jacor Broadcasting - Clear Channel, where they held the role of Promotions and Marketing Associate. In 2002, they moved to Mindful Media Communications, Healing Lifestyles & Spas as VP of Marketing. In 2017, they began working at Elephant Journal as Vice President Strategic Partnerships.

Shanon Hoffman attended Miami University from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Journalism.
