Jan Henrik Leisse

Jan Henrik Leisse has extensive work experience in management and leadership roles. Jan Henrik is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of eleQtron GmbH. Prior to this, they served as CEO and Geschäftsführer of Albrecht Bäumer GmbH & Co. KG, where they successfully implemented organizational and digital transformation initiatives. Jan Henrik also worked as the Manager of Corporate Development at Viessmann, where they focused on M&A and post-merger integration. Before that, they were a Projektleiter at Struktur Management Partner GmbH.

Jan Henrik Leisse obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Management, Operations, and Finance from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in 2006. In the same year, they also pursued studies in International Management at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). Prior to that, in 2005, they engaged in General Management education at both Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. In 1999, Jan Henrik Leisse completed their Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Bauingenieur (Civil Engineering) from Universität Siegen. Additionally, in 2002, they studied Konstruktiver Ingenieurbau und Hydrologie (Structural Engineering and Hydrology) at Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (MSUCE).
