Caroline Moore

Caroline Moore is currently serving as Chief of Staff and Director of Strategy and Planning for Enterprise Performance at Elevance Health, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Caroline was the Strategic Planning Director at Carelon from January 2023 to February 2024, and before that, held multiple positions at Elevance Health, including Strategy Consulting Manager and Strategy Consultant from March 2021 to January 2023. Earlier experience includes working as a Consultant in Healthcare at ICF Next and as a Marketing Intern at Centene Corporation. Caroline began their career with internships at DICK'S Sporting Goods and as a Sales Associate at J.Crew. Caroline earned a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Societies with a focus on Health Care Markets and Finance from the University of Pennsylvania, complemented by a minor in Consumer Psychology/Marketing. Caroline completed high school education at Cor Jesu Academy.
