Jen Fail

Jen Fail, LMHC, is a highly experienced mental health professional with a robust background in behavioral health services management. Currently serving as the Manager of Behavioral Health Services at Elevance Health since March 2023, Jen previously held key positions including Director and Manager of Outpatient Services at Fairfax Behavioral Health from October 2020 to March 2023.
