Kyle Weber

Kyle Weber serves as chief strategy officer for Elevance Health. He is responsible for developing Elevance Health’s enterprise strategy and growth plans, as well as continuing to expand our focus on delivering innovative solutions to all stakeholders.

Before joining Elevance Health in 2021, Kyle was a partner in the Chicago office of McKinsey & Company where he most recently led service and client development for Blue Cross Blue Shield plans across the U.S. Prior to his role at McKinsey, Kyle was part of Booz & Company’s global healthcare practice and focused on payer and provider strategy development; he previously served as a corporate attorney at Goodwin Law.
