Rob Ruiz-Moss

Rob Ruiz-Moss is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in health insurance and management. Currently serving as Vice President of the Individual Business Unit at Elevance Health since March 2010, Rob previously held key positions at Anthem, including Exchange Strategy and Market Segment Lead, where strategic initiatives were crafted for health care reform across multiple states. Rob also served as CEO of Imerica Life and Health Insurance Company, where leadership drove growth in health insurance offerings. Additional experience includes senior roles at HMS Health Care, Mountain Medical Affiliates, PacifiCare Health Systems, and KPMG Peat Marwick. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder, class of 1989.
