Shareem Annan

Shareem Annan serves as the Director of DEI Strategic Partnerships at Elevance Health and holds the position of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Program Director. In addition, Shareem is a Founding Member of Hacking HR, contributing to a global community that aims to enhance HR practices. Previous roles include Diversity and Inclusion Lead at BAE Systems, Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Cubic Corporation, Assistant Human Resources Director at Fairfax Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, and Organizational Development Specialist at the University of Virginia Health System. Shareem earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Health Science from Howard University.
