Ashley Watson

Ashley Watson, currently the Area Director- Revenue Optimization at Elevat3, has a strong background in revenue management. Prior to their current role, Ashley held the position of Complex Director of Revenue Management at Highgate, where Ashley was recognized as the 2022 Highgate Leadership in Excellence Nominee and won the 2022 Best RevPAR Performance award for Hilton Phoenix Airport. Ashley also has experience as a Corporate Revenue Manager at Aimbridge Hospitality and as a Revenue Manager at Hilton. Ashley holds a B.S. in Management from the University of Colorado Denver.
