Lisa McLaughlin

Lisa McLaughlin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development, marketing, and member engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in Solutions and Partnerships, and Customer Engagement at Elevate since April 2022, Lisa is dedicated to promoting equitable access to essential resources for all communities. Previously, Lisa held the position of Director of Membership Development at the Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce, where responsibilities included engaging members and revamping the Chamber’s offerings. Additionally, Lisa has held various managerial roles in marketing and business development at VidForWeb and Working World Staffing Services, and served as Director of Sales and Design at plants inc. Lisa McLaughlin holds a Master's degree in Horticulture with a focus on sustainable agriculture and community programming from the University of Illinois Chicago, and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Illinois State University.
