Sharon Richardson Howell

Sharon Richardson Howell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in healthcare management and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Chief Performance Officer for Clinical Solutions at Centene Corporation, a leading Medicaid managed care organization, Sharon oversees an $800M portfolio focused on person-centered care. Previous roles at Centene included National Vice President of Population Health and Medical Strategy Advisor. Sharon also holds advisory positions with MicroMentor and Elevate Capital Fund, and co-founded Huntington Hill Ventures, providing strategic advisory services across multiple sectors. An active member of the International Women's Forum and former board trustee for Janus Youth Programs, Sharon is committed to advancing community health and supporting under-resourced entrepreneurs.
