Yosef Lobl

Yosef Lobl serves as the Director of Business Development at Elevate Care since March 2022. Previously, Yosef has been with the US Army since June 2011, holding several significant roles including Senior Human Resources and Operations Manager, where leadership was provided to 450 personnel across 42 states through a team of 10 employees. As Human Resources Team Leader, Yosef was instrumental in establishing the first Human Resources department for a Pilot Theater Intelligence Brigade, developing essential HR policies and procedures. Early in the career, experience as a Human Resources Specialist involved managing personnel actions, promotions, payroll, and various HR tasks. Additionally, participation in the Afghanistan Draw-Down Team included coordinating the closure of Forward Outposts and managing equipment inventory.
