Gunel Garayeva, MBA, is a seasoned financial analyst currently employed at Elevate ENT Partners since July 2023. Prior experience includes a decade-long tenure at Unibank, where Gunel ascended to the role of Financial Reporting Team Lead, effectively mentoring a team to improve performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and facilitating a successful transition to IFRS reporting. Gunel's initial experience in finance includes serving as a Loan Administration Specialist, overseeing a substantial loan portfolio, and working as an intern at the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, focusing on market research and financial modeling. Gunel holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Houston-Victoria and additional degrees in Business Administration and General Economics from Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
