Westmoreland Gonzales

Westmoreland Gonzales, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 2014, Gonzales began their career at Ochsner Health as an Administrative Intern and later became a Clinical Operations Manager. In 2015, they moved to Ochsner Lafayette General, where they worked as a Management Engineer and later as a Physician Service Leader. In 2017, Gonzales joined DaVita Kidney Care as a Facility Administrator and Kidney Smart Divisional Leader, and later became a Group Facility Administrator. In 2021, Gonzales transitioned to Eleanor Health, initially working as a Director of Operations before being promoted to Executive Director. Currently, Gonzales holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Elevate ENT Partners, starting in 2023.

Westmoreland Gonzales, MBA received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Westmoreland then went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette Graduate School. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have also obtained the certification of Certified Six Sigma Green Belt from ASQ in June 2016.
