Aaron Barrett

iOS/Android App and Game Developer at Elevate Labs

Aaron Barrett has a diverse work experience in the tech industry. Aaron started their career as an intern at Westfield Group in 2010, where they worked on distributed applications and process automation. In 2009, Aaron founded Final Wave Studios, a mobile gaming company, where they developed and released a game called Stir Fry for iOS. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Elevate Labs as an iOS/Android game developer, contributing to the development of award-winning apps such as Elevate, Elevate Showdown, and MindSnacks. In 2016, Aaron and their brother founded Cool Yeti Games, where they developed their own mobile game engine and created several simple games. Most recently, in 2020, they returned to Elevate Labs as an iOS/Android App and Game Developer, focusing on native iOS and Android apps and game engine technology.

Aaron Barrett attended The University of Akron from 2005 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degree. Aaron studied Computer Science and Spanish during their time at the university.
