Chip Bowers

Chip Bowers has an extensive work experience in the sports industry. Chip currently serves as the President of Elevate Sports Ventures since September 2020. Prior to this role, they worked as a Sales & Marketing Consultant. From 2018 to 2019, they were the President of Business Operations at the Miami Marlins. Before that, Chip Bowers served as the Chief Marketing Officer for the Golden State Warriors from 2012 to 2018. Chip also held the position of SVP Corporate Partnerships & Marketing at the Orlando Magic from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they worked as the Vice President of Corporate Partnerships for the Seattle SuperSonics & Seattle Storm from 2000 to 2008. Chip Bowers started their career as a Senior Sales Executive at the San Diego Padres from 1996 to 2000. Chip began their sports industry journey as a Public Relations Associate at the Atlanta Committee for The Olympic Games in 1995.

Chip Bowers obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Appalachian State University. Chip attended the university from 1991 to 1995.
