Hev Phoung

Hev Phoung has a diverse background in various industries, with a focus on sales, customer relations, management, and training. Hev began their career as an Account Executive/Recruiter at Robert Half Technology, where they conducted interviews, reference checks, and provided HR support. Hev then worked as an Admission Manager at Strayer University, managing a team and actively participating in the recruitment and enrollment process. Hev later became the Director of Admissions at The Art Institute of Salt Lake City, overseeing staff hiring, training, and performance management. Continuing their career in education, Hev worked as an Instructor and Enrollment Manager at the University of Phoenix, providing instruction, maintaining inventory, and implementing security systems. Hev also served as the Director of Operations and Director of Admissions at Strayer University, where they prepared training programs, handled call center traffic, and coached admissions officers. Prior to their roles in education, Hev worked at The Barber School by Tim Hite as a Consultant, implementing policies and restructuring the admissions and sales processes. Most recently, they co-founded Elevatie Inc., a SaaS company focused on providing businesses with advanced tools for customer relationship management. In their role as Co-Founder and COO, Hev is responsible for overseeing operations and implementing strategies to empower businesses.

Hev Phoung obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. After completing their undergraduate degree, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix from 2003 to 2005.
