Charles Allison - Godfrey

Charles Allison-Godfrey serves as a Staff Attorney & Policy Associate at Elevation Community Land Trust since September 2021, negotiating real estate contracts and advocating for affordable homeownership at the state level. Previously, Charles held positions such as Public Policy & Legal Fellow at the Urban Land Institute, where responsibilities included managing Colorado operations and contributing to publications on affordable housing, and Program Coordinator for the New Haven/León Sister City Project, overseeing clean stove installations. Charles's experience also includes teaching ESL, conducting pension fund research, and producing activist materials for human rights initiatives. Charles earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Colorado College.
