Veronica Jimenez

Veronica Jimenez has extensive work experience in various roles within the food manufacturing industry. Veronica is currently the Director of Packing, Engineering and Facilities at Elevation Labs since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Production Manager at Custom Made Meals from March 2021 to May 2022. Before that, they held multiple positions at Hormel Foods, including Associate Product Manufacturing Manager from October 2020 to April 2021, Night Operations Manager from June 2018 to October 2020, Operations Training Coordinator from May 2017 to June 2018, Lead Supervisor/Purchasing Manager from December 2015 to May 2017, and Associate Production Supervisor from June 2013 to December 2015. Veronica also has experience as a Teaching Assistant at The Pennsylvania State University from December 2012 to May 2013, where they assisted students in reading, writing, science, and math. Additionally, they worked as a Production Management Intern at Hormel Foods from May 2012 to August 2012, and as a Loan Counselor at PHEAA from January 2012 to May 2012.

Veronica Jimenez attended Penn State University from 2009 to 2013 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Agribusiness/Agricultural Business Operations. In 2011, they also briefly attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, where they studied Business Administration.
