Jim Steinkoetter

Jim Steinkoetter has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Jim has held leadership positions in operations, supply chain management, and sales and operations planning. Jim's most recent role was as the Head of Operations at Elevation Spine, where they are currently employed. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Manager of U.S. Operations at Surgalign for three years. Jim was responsible for overseeing warehousing/distribution operations and customer service.

Before joining Surgalign, Jim worked at CONMED Corporation as the Sales & Ops Planning Management where they led best practices in sales and operations planning for the global orthopedic business. Preceding that, they were the Director of Supply Chain Management & ERP Administration at Amfuel, where they implemented a new ERP system and developed best practice procedures for production planning and control.

Jim also served as the Director at Albert Companies, a division of ABF Logistics, and as the Senior Director of Supply Chain Management at NuVasive Incorporated, where they were responsible for turning around struggling supply chain operations through decisive leadership and industry-leading best practices. Jim additionally worked as the Director of Operations at B.Braun Aesculap and as the Inventory/Materials Manager at David Sherman Corporation. Earlier in their career, they held roles such as Account & Branch Manager at TRICAD, Inc. and Materials Manager/Production Planner at Today's Kids.

Jim Steinkoetter attended the Missouri University of Science and Technology from 1989 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management.
