Kirsten McDonald

Kirsten McDonald is an experienced design and project management professional with a strong focus on UX and product design for nonprofits. Currently serving as the Design Production Lead at Elevation since April 2019, Kirsten manages a four-person UX team, ensuring project progress while implementing strategies to meet weekly goals and quarterly OKRs. Previous roles include UX & Product Designer and Project Manager at Elevation, where Kirsten directed the design and launch of over 30 nonprofit WordPress websites. Additional experience includes personal assistance roles at Global Construction Solutions, Inc. and Sistersolnicki, along with administrative positions at C.J. Thomas Company and The Hornsby House Inn. Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media Arts and Design from James Madison University.
