Chief Technology Officer at Elevation

Erik Norwood has worked for several companies throughout their career. Erik began their professional career in 2005 as a Design Engineer at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company. In 2006, they moved to Boeing Satellite Systems where they held the roles of Mechanical Systems Engineer, Dynamics Engineer, and Design Engineer. In 2010, they joined Incenergy as a Plus Project Consultant. In 2011, they worked as an MBA Intern at S3 Ventures, a Marketing/Business Development Intern at Solar Power Technologies Inc, and President and Founder at Curb (Home Energy Management). In August 2020, Curb was acquired by Elevation, where Erik currently serves as Chief Technology Officer.

Erik Norwood obtained their MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business in CleanTech from 2010-2012. Prior to that, they earned a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California from 2004-2006. Erik completed their undergraduate studies at Pitzer College, receiving a BA in Science Technology & Society from 2000-2004.
