Josh Kotler

Josh Kotler is an experienced professional in the IT services and investment sectors, currently serving as Operating Partner & Advisor at Axial Reade Capital and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Elevative, an award-winning IT services company. As Managing Partner at Sansom Street Capital, LLC, Josh focuses on enhancing the growth and enterprise value of Managed Services Providers (MSPs). Josh's previous roles include Chief Strategy Officer, Head of Acquisitions, and Interim CEO at CompassMSP, and CEO of Western Digitech, where significant contributions were made to managed IT services in South Florida.
