Kelsey Marotta has a diverse work experience in the creative field. From 2016 to the present, they have worked at Eleven Peppers Studios, starting as a Senior Graphic Designer and later becoming an Art Director and an Associate Creative Director. At the University of Maryland, they served as a Lecturer from 2020 to 2021, teaching design courses. Prior to that, they worked at the University Creative Department at UMCP as a Graphic Designer and as a Graphic Design Intern, gaining experience in print design and website development. Kelsey also had leadership roles in the University of Maryland AIGA, serving as the President, Creative Director, and Teaching Assistant. In 2009, they interned at Baseball Factory, where they wrote press releases and created promotional materials.
