Roei Pinhas

Roei Pinhas has extensive work experience in finance and auditing. Roei is currently the Director of Finance at Eleven Therapeutics since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at PwC Israel for over 10 years, starting in November 2010. At PwC, Roei held the position of Senior Manager and was responsible for conducting audits for public and private US and Israeli entities. Roei specialized in the hi-tech industry and worked on successful IPOs and secondary offerings totaling $500M. Roei also worked on SEC registration statements and performed SOX testing for US public companies. Roei had short-term assignments in PwC New York's Financial Services Group from December 2014 to May 2015, where they served as a Supervisor. Roei has broad experience in US, international (IFRS), and Israeli accounting principles, including GAAP conversions.

Roei Pinhas completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from The College of Management Academic Studies between 2008 and 2011. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in business taxation from the same institution, specializing in Taxation between 2016 and 2018.
