As the Founder of Realdreams.io, Justin leads a global community that harnesses technology to reshape production and entertainment. Previously, Justin spent a decade at Mad Cow Films in various roles including Creative Director, Producer, and Brand Manager, where numerous award-winning campaigns were developed for high-profile clients such as Honda, Lego, and Jaguar. Early experiences include positions as a Production Assistant at Epoch Films and Stink, and a Tech Runner at KNUCKLEHEAD. Justin's foundational education was at Camden School for Girls and Morpeth.
