Ken Wayman

Ken Wayman is an experienced leader in the construction industry, currently serving as President Southeast - Region at Elford, Inc. since 2013, where responsibilities include talent recruitment, leadership development, and business acquisition. Prior to this role, Ken was the Director of Business Development at Pepper Construction Company from January 2013 to September 2013, focusing on research, analysis, and strategies for new business initiatives. Additionally, Ken held the position of Senior Director of Facilities Design & Construction at The Ohio State University from October 2007 to January 2013. Ken Wayman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from The University of Akron.
