Frank Lugo

Frank Lugo, MBA is the Director of Manufacturing and Engineering at Elgen Manufacturing Company, INC. Frank also serves as a Lacrosse Coach at Don Bosco Preparatory High School, where Frank has been instrumental in building a nationally ranked lacrosse program and facilitating the placement of student-athletes into collegiate programs. With over 28 years of military experience in the US Army, including combat missions under prominent Generals, Frank has also held various leadership roles in companies such as Rent The Runway, Amazon, and Stryker. Frank holds a BA in International Relations and an MBA from Fordham Gabelli School of Business, along with several graduate certificates in executive leadership and performance leadership.
