Dermot Kelleher

Dermot Kelleher has had a successful career in finance and accounting. Dermot started their career in 2001 as a Chartered Accountant at Crowe Ireland, where they worked until 2005. In 2006, they joined Paddy Power plc as a Cost Accounting Manager, and then moved on to become a Partner at KHR Chartered Accountants in 2008. Dermot held this role until 2013. Since 2014, Dermot has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Elgin Energy.

Dermot Kelleher's education history starts in 1996 when they attended University College Dublin. Dermot pursued a degree in BComm (Int) with Spanish, focusing on International Commerce & Spanish. Dermot completed their undergraduate studies in 2000. The following year, in 2001, Dermot Kelleher enrolled in Smurfit Business School, where they obtained a Master's in International Business (MBS). Continuing their education, from 2001 to 2005, Dermot Kelleher attended Chartered Accountants Ireland and completed their degree in FCA, specializing in Accounting and Related Services. In 2008, they enrolled in the Irish Taxation Institute to pursue a degree in AITI, specifically focusing on Taxation. Most recently, in 2016 and 2017, Dermot Kelleher attended Chartered Accountants Ireland once again, this time to earn a Diploma in Corporate Finance.
