Joe Sroczynski

Joe Sroczynski serves as the Director of Information Technology at Elgin Industries since December 2022. In addition, Joe has been the Owner and Software Engineer at RJC Group, LLC since January 2008, focusing on web, mobile, design, cloud solutions, and project management. Notable current projects include developing public and member websites for a national healthcare benefits administrator and custom e-commerce platforms in the avian marketplace. Joe's past roles include Director of Technology at Gameday Radio, where contributions included architectural leadership and product development, as well as a Software Engineer at Interactive Health Network, where Joe led the ICD-10 Compliance project. Joe's extensive experience encompasses positions at Hewlett-Packard, Lincoln Financial Group, SpectraSite Communications, Intersolv, and Allstate. Joe holds a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Springfield.
