Jaime Rich

Jaime Rich is an experienced educator currently serving as a Dyslexia Teacher at Elgin Intermediate School, beginning in August 2023. Prior to this role, Jaime worked as a Legal Assistant at Jackson Spencer Law from January 2022 to March 2023. Jaime has extensive experience in education with the Austin Independent School District, holding various positions from August 2017 to July 2022, including Special Education Department Chair and Special Education Teacher, as well as serving as a Classroom Teacher in Mathematics for seventh grade. Earlier experience includes teaching GED classes at LifeWorks Austin, alongside a stint as an AmeriCorps volunteer. Additional roles include Administrative Associate at The University of Texas at Austin, Certificates Specialist at Marsh & McLennan Companies, and VoIP Telephony Specialist at Brookside Technology Partners. Jaime holds a Teaching Certification in Special Education/Math and has completed coursework for a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Psychology.
