Neil Gerrity

Neil Gerrity is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in regional and global sales management. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at Elgin Sweeper since August 2021, Neil previously held the position of Global Director of Sales - Specialty Inks & Polymer Systems at PolyOne from January 2004 to June 2020, where management of a $50 million global business with 18 direct reports occurred. Neil successfully promoted screen printing ink through 100+ distributors and brands and oversaw a $113 million business as District Manager, achieving substantial growth by implementing performance metrics and strong coaching. As Key Accounts Manager, Neil developed a cohesive go-to-market strategy for major accounts, consolidating efforts across multiple business divisions. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Colorado State University, obtained between 1984 and 1989.
