Ondřej Pavlačík

Ornella Dalmazzo has extensive experience in consulting and administration, currently serving as a consultant at D&Asoc. Consultores since January 2009. Previous roles include Jefa de Administración at O.S. (2017-2020), consultant for the Government of the City of Buenos Aires in health strengthening initiatives (2017), and expert consultant in procurement and human resources for the Ministry of Industry's support program for MiPyMEs (2014-2016). Additional consulting roles featured a focus on financial planning and management control for OIM and operational management assistance for a World Bank project (2013-2014). Ornella's earlier experience includes positions as a junior consultant at the Municipality of Pilar's Health Secretariat and as a staff member in accounts payable for a PNUD project. Ornella holds a degree in Public Accounting from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and a diploma in Analysis and Management of Social Security and Private Health from the Instituto Universitario de la 'Fundación ISALUD'.
