Previously, they worked as the CEO and Lead UX Designer & Researcher at cownected, where they also managed design strategies and created UI designs. Bianka has also worked as a Senior UX Specialist at World of Digits and Proximus, and as the Head of Digital Department at The Crew Communication. Prior to that, they worked as a Graphic Web Designer at Vander Haeghen & C°. Bianka has also gained experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation as the Lead UX UI, Social Media Manager, and Content Manager at Green Attitude - Green Kitchen. Additionally, they have worked as a Lead User Interface Designer at BeYours and as a Senior UX Specialist at PYCOGroup. Bianka also has experience as an Event Coordinator at Chopard / Porsche.

Bianka Tufekovic obtained a National Certified Digital and Print Media Designer degree in Design and Technology from an unknown institution between 2007 and 2010.
