Kelly Russell

Kelly Russell, M.Ed., BCBA, is an experienced educational and behavioral specialist with a diverse background in various roles at Elim Christian Services since August 2017, including School Professional Development Specialist, Instructional Coach, Instructional Materials Specialist, and Assistant Teacher. Previously, Kelly worked as a Behavior Technician at Precision ABA, LLC, and served in multiple capacities at AmeriCorps VISTA and Hartgrove Behavioral Health System, contributing as a Mental Health Specialist and Assistant Teacher. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction, a Graduate Certificate in Behavior Intervention in Autism from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Monmouth College. Additionally, an Associate degree in Psychology was obtained from Moraine Valley Community College.
