Herman Abiyah has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. In 2013, they were a Public Relations, marketing Intern at Rural Investment Credit SA. Cameroon. In 2015, they did a Voluntary service- support, marketing and sales at Cameroon Gender and Environment watch (CAMGEW). In 2018, they were an Intern at ZF Group, working on Sales and Distribution for Africa, Middle East and Turkey. herman was also a Co-Founder at ONLY ONE, where they worked on www. only1neshop. com. In 2020, they have been a Client Success Manager and Junior Client Success Manager at Elinvar.de.

Herman Abiyah began their educational journey in 2013, when they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in International Management from Fachhochschule Osnabrück. In 2015, they participated in an exchange program (ERASMUS) at the University of Derby, where they earned a Joint Honours degree. In 2016, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Hochschule Osnabrueck (University of Applied Sciences) and then went on to earn a Master's degree in International Business from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft des Saarlandes Saarbrücken in 2019.
