Wictor Hidefjäll

Wictor Hidefjäll is currently a Client Success Manager at Eliq. Prior to this, they worked as a User Success Manager at Elastic from July 2017 to June 2020. Wictor also worked as a Customer Project Manager at XMReality AB from January 2016 to July 2017, where they supported enterprise customers in the evaluation and implementation of our solution, documented customer needs, and collaborated with our product development team on ideation and end-user testing for new features. Wictor improved back-end processes related to finance and logistics.

Wictor Hidefjäll has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering & Management from Linköping University.
