Joel Haan

Joel Haan has extensive work experience at Elisa Eesti AS. Joel started working there in 1999 as the Head of RAN optimisation. In 2006, they became the Head of RAN maintenance and optimisation. In 2012, they became the Head of RAN operations and optimisation.

Joel Haan obtained their education from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology. From 1996 to 2001, they pursued a field of study in Telecommunications. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued an MBA degree at the same institution.
