Jake Kristy has had a long and varied career in the military and corporate sectors. In 2010, they began their career in the US Army as a Platoon Leader, supervising 36 soldiers, their families, and Patriot Missile equipment worth $60 million. Jake was later promoted to Executive Officer, where they managed 70 personnel and maintained operational readiness at 94% above the Army standard 90%.

In 2013, Jake Kristy joined Cintas as a Sales Representative, where they were responsible for new business to business account development. Jake was later promoted to Catalog Manager, leading a team of Catalog Sales Representatives to proactively up-sell current customer accounts. Jake then became Service Manager, directly managing a team of Route Service Sales Representatives and providing leadership, resolving customer service issues, and training Route Service Sales Representatives on sales techniques. Lastly, they were a Management Trainee, where they were provided with an extensive, well-structured training program.

In 2022, Jake Kristy joined Elistair as a Key Account Manager, where their objectives include managing complex sales contracts, performing UAS flight operations, demonstrations, and training, developing sales proposals and business opportunities, and providing support to existing customers.

Jake Kristy attended The University of Connecticut from 2005 to 2009, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science. Jake has also obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification in October 2015 and has been awarded the Army Achievement Medal and Army Commendation Medal from the US Army.
