Nicole Edwards-Rotenberry has a diverse background in the culinary and hospitality industries, with experience spanning over a decade. Currently, Nicole serves as a Part Time Representative at Air Culinaire Worldwide since June 2015 and contributes recipes for the Summer Series blog at Elite Appliance. Prior roles include Project Coordinator/Office Manager at Elite Appliance, Lounge Manager at Renaissance Hotels, and various cooking positions at both Air Culinaire and Wolfgang Puck Catering.
