Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Finance and Corporate Controller at Shire Management Group, where Telma oversaw asset management and financial operations. Additionally, roles at Homeland Real Estate Group LLC as a Consultant, Optima Inc. as Assistant Controller/Senior Staff Accountant, and several other financial positions have contributed to a robust background in financial reporting and asset management.
