Rachel Eckert

Rachel Eckert is currently serving as the Director of Community Outreach at Elite Home Health Care since January 2018. Prior to this role, Rachel worked as a Health Homes Care Manager - Senior at Rochester Regional Health from April 2016 to January 2018. Rachel obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Health Professions and Related Clinical Sciences from SUNY Brockport in 2012.
