Cecilia Lindbladh has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Cecilia began their career in 2001 as a Project Leader, Sales Coach, and Mentor at CEKA Konsult. Cecilia also held multiple positions in sales and project management within the same company until 2017. In 2014, they became the Business Manager for Event Intelligence, where they offered a forecasting tool for hotel occupancy during meetings and events. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as the Head of Congress and International Meeting & Events Sales at Scandic Hotels. In 2020, they became a CEKA Konsult consultant, responsible for partner and sales management for various digital news services. Cecilia is currently the Head of Meeting & Events at Elite Hotels of Sweden AB since 2022. Throughout their career, Cecilia has demonstrated strong sales and project management skills, as well as a focus on customer satisfaction and developing strong relationships.

Cecilia Lindbladh has a diverse education history. In 2021, they attended AMNI Folkuniversitetet and obtained a degree as an HR assistent, specializing in HR/personal administration. In 2019, they attended Scandic Business School for personal development and leadership, and Healthcare Venues to become a Venue Healthcare Champion in healthcare meetings. Cecilia also participated in seminars on entrepreneurship at Startup Stockholm in 2014 and completed a course on business development and sales at Harvard Manage Mentor - HMM in the same year. Cecilia holds a Civilekonomexamen degree in economics and tourism from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg, which they earned in 1994. Cecilia also obtained a Filosofie kandidatexamen (fil.kand.) in tourism and economics from Kalmar University in 1991. Additionally, they received training in first aid and crisis support from FeelGood in 2013, and certification as a health advisor for the Cambridge Weight Program in 2008. In 2004, they received training in conversation pedagogy and crisis support as a jourhavande medmänniska from JM - Jourhavande Medmänniska. Cecilia also expanded their knowledge in law with a course at the University of Borås in 1994 and achieved proficiency in English through the Cambridge Proficiency English (CPE) program at Cambridge College in 1991. Finally, they completed their high school education in economics at Göteborgs Högere Samskola in 1991.
