Gerardo Eng De Luna is a seasoned professional in the cement manufacturing industry with extensive experience in technical and production management. As the Senior Technical Manager at Elite Refractory Services since June 2020, Gerardo leads initiatives to improve operational efficiency. Previously, during a tenure at CEMEX USA from July 2016 to February 2020, Gerardo served as Plant Production Manager at the Balcones Plant, achieving significant efficiency improvements in kilns and finish mills while drastically reducing gas consumption.
