Rafeek Miller is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at Elite Island Resorts since April 2022, Rafeek previously held the position of Sous Chef at Superclubs from April 2011 to June 2023. Rafeek's culinary journey began as a First Cook at The Breakers from November 2006 to May 2007. Rafeek has achieved significant formal education, earning a Certificate as a Certified Sous Chef from the American Culinary Federation in 2022 and a Certified Chef de Cuisine from Runaway Bay Heart Academy in 2011. Rafeek's foundational education was completed at Savanna-La Mar Secondary from 1986 to 1998.
