Howard Syriaque

Howard Syriaque possesses extensive experience in both marketing and legal services. Currently serving as a SafeLink Grassroots Agent at Elite Marketing Group since December 2012, Howard facilitates access to cellular phones for government assistance recipients through the Lifeline Program. As a Business Owner and Recruiter at Legal Shield, Inc. since November 2004, Howard provides ordinary citizens with affordable legal services and promotes business opportunities for those passionate about helping others. Prior experience includes working as a Licensed Banker at WAMU/CHASE from February 2004 to January 2011, where Howard effectively marketed banking products and built client relationships while surpassing sales performance goals. Howard holds an AOS in Paralegal Studies from New York Career Institute and a BA in Journalism from The City College of New York.
